We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if an item isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered pieces within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for printing.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original protective bags and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Ship and Track
Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
